AIDA Freediving Level 1:

An introductory course designed for beginners. It teaches the basic theory of freediving, breathing and relaxation techniques, safety principles, and proper finning and duck dive techniques. Students practice both static and dynamic apnea, as well as depth dives, while learning how to freedive safely with a buddy.

AIDA 2 Freediving :

An intermediate certification level designed for divers who want to deepen their skills and confidence in freediving. The course focuses on improving breath-hold techniques, relaxation, and efficient movement in the water. Divers learn advanced equalization methods, proper finning techniques, and how to manage energy and buoyancy at greater depths. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, including buddy procedures, rescue skills, and understanding the physiological effects of breath-hold diving. By the end of the course, divers are able to dive deeper and longer while maintaining control, awareness, and safe practices.

Freediving training sessions and fun dives :

Designed for certified freedivers who want to practice without the structure of a formal class. These sessions allow divers to maintain and improve their skills, including relaxation, breath-hold control, technique, and comfort at depth, while diving at their own pace. The focus is on enjoyment, fluid movement, and safety, with strict adherence to buddy procedures and supervision. They also provide an opportunity to gain experience, explore the underwater environment, and build confidence in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
